Where is your $100/mo going?

The 4 Seasons Interior Service Includes the following:


4x/yr Change out HVAC filters & wipe down returns (*Filters not included)

4x/yr Deep clean range hood filters and garbage disposal (*1 per household)

4x/yr Test smoke/CM detectors & replace/recycle batteries as needed (*batteries not included)

4x/yr Check drains for clogs w/ 15" snake (*will not service galvanized pipes)

4x/yr Light bulb replacement/recycle

4x/yr Tighten any handles, knobs, deadbolts, locks, racks, etc. (by request)


2x/yr Vacuum fridge coils & check seal


Spring Replace/repair caulking (*interior only, 1 location per visit)

Summer Check and clean dryer vent (*limited to 12' feet and no in-wall flex duct)

Fall Clean bathroom exhaust fans, floor vents, and air intakes

Winter Check/clean dishwasher filter

What is Reliable Red?

Reliable Red makes home maintenance effortless. We provide a subscription service that help homeowners proactively care for their homes to catch and mitigate issues before they become costly repairs.

Where is this service available?

We currently service the Seattle area. We started in 98118 and 98040, though continue to find more customers in the Greater Seattle Area requesting our services.

How does Reliable Red work?

 A trained home professional will come to your 4x a year (depending on your plan) to complete at least 8 hours of service (hours may increase depending on the plan you choose) of home maintenance to proactively mitigate and identify issues.

What should I expect for my first visit?

On your first visit, a trained technician will conduct routine maintenance, catalog all of your appliances, and share the results with you after the work has been completed. The first visit will typically take 2-3 hours but doesn't require you to be actively engaged.
